PART TIME EXPERIENCED PARTS COUNTERPERSON

Friendly Acura is looking for an experienced part time Parts Counter Person. Must be able to work Saturdays!

Description of the role:

This position at Friendly Acura of Middletown entails assisting customers in finding and purchasing the correct automotive parts for their vehicles. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a parts department and a strong understanding of different car parts and their functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate parts for their vehicles
• Handle incoming parts inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain inventory levels and order parts as needed
• Process payments and maintain records of transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a parts department
• Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
