What You'll Do:

  • Assist customers with servicing, repairing, and explaining each service needed.
  • Understand customers' requirements and concerns; match them to various service options.
  • Make customers comfortable with the service being performed and keep them informed throughout.
  • Stay updated on new products, features, and accessories; attend product training as required.
  • Maintain a service customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
  • Hire and supervise all service department personnel, monitor their performance.
  • Create goals and objectives for the department, including an annual operating budget and a marketing plan.
  • Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer complaints promptly and appropriately.

Who You Are:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a service manager.
  • You have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • You hold a high school diploma or higher education.
  • You have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
