Core Responsibilities:

• Help maximize sales by maintaining the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle lots, displaying vehicles according to dealership standards.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for demonstrations and test drives, replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed.
• Make key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Manage key storage system, ensuring all vehicle keys are accounted for and tagged appropriately.
• Move vehicles on the sales lot and drive to and from service areas as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the sales lot to ensure a positive first impression for customers.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous lot attendant experience is a plus, but we will provide training!
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is plus.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and work outdoors.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Hours and Work Environment:

This role offers a Monday – Friday 8AM to 5PM schedule, plus occasional overtime on Saturdays as needed. This role requires the ability to walk and stand for extended periods and work outdoors the majority of the day.
