Accounts Payable Specialist

Every invoice tells a story — the vendor, the purchase, the approval, the payment. At Freeland Auto Group, we're looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for our CDJR location who enjoys reading those stories accurately the first time. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Code and process vendor invoices and purchase orders for payment
• Reconcile vendor and manufacturer statements
• Process warranty and product registration payments
• Analyze multiple expense accounts and prepare monthly reports
• Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 2-5 years of Accounts Payable experience.
• Automotive accounting experience preferred, but not required. 
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
