What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
  • Build relationships and identify customer transportation needs
  • Recommend vehicles based on customer preferences, lifestyle, and budget
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits
  • Work internet leads, inbound calls, and showroom traffic professionally
  • Utilize social media and technology to market vehicles and generate business
  • Follow up with customers using CRM tools and dealership systems
  • Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
