Freeland Chevrolet and Freeland Auto are locally owned/operated seeking long term teammates to fulfill the fastest growing Service Center in Middle Tennessee. Our reach goes beyond traditional Retail consumers as we provide Service to Commercial/Fleet Accounts across the State.

Our Service Facilities are Heated and Cooled, and we have the capacity to offer over 70 + full Service Bays.

WHAT OUR TECHNICIANS DO:

• Examines customer vehicles.
• Identifies necessary vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
• Estimates cost of repairs.
• Performs vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Documents services performed.
• Performs services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines.

PAY:

•  $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician (2+ years preferred).
• ASE Certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to work on a variety of makes and models. 
• Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to pass a background check, to include a Motor Vehicle Report and pre-employment drug screen.
• A valid driver's license and clear driving record.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:

• Bonus pay
• Signing bonus

*Sign-on amount based on qualifications at the discretion of the hiring manager. Sign-on bonus to be paid out after 6 months of employment to qualified hires. Relocation assistance may be offered where applicable and at the discretion of the hiring manager.
