We're looking for a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver to provide one-on-one care for an individual living with a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) in Albert Lea.

This position includes awake Sunday overnight hours, with opportunities for additional daytime shifts.

Your Schedule

Sunday Awake Overnight: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

    • Day Shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    • Consistent scheduled hours with an established client

    • Opportunities to pick up additional shifts based on client needs and availability

    Please Note: Overnight shifts are awake positions, meaning caregivers must remain awake, alert, and attentive throughout the entire shift.

What You'll Be Doing

As an in-home caregiver, you'll help support the safety, comfort, and independence of an individual living with a TBI.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing attentive care throughout awake overnight shifts

• Following individualized routines and care plans

• Assisting with personal cares and daily living activities

• Supporting safe mobility and transfers

• Providing companionship, patience, and reassurance

• Completing light housekeeping and other assigned tasks

• Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's condition

• Accurately documenting care provided

Pay & Perks

• $18–$21 per hour

• $200 retention bonus after 90 days

• $250 employee referral bonus when eligibility requirements are met

Training & Support

We want you to feel prepared and confident before working independently.

• Required online pre-employment training (approximately 10 hours, unpaid)

• Paid in-person orientation

• Client introductions and care plan review

• Ongoing coaching, education, and support

What We're Looking For

• Dependable, compassionate, and patient

• Comfortable staying awake and alert throughout overnight shifts

• Able to follow established routines and individualized care plans

• Strong communication and observation skills

• Valid driver's license

• Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance

• Ability to pass a required background study

• Caregiving experience preferred

• Experience supporting individuals with TBI or neurological conditions is a plus, but not required
