• Day shifts
• Afternoon shifts
• Opportunities to work with consistent clients
• Additional hours may be available based on your availability

Pay: $18–$21 per hour

Pay is based on experience and qualifications.

What You'll Do

Each client's needs are different. Depending on the individualized care plan, responsibilities may include:

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Companionship and meaningful interaction
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Accurate care documentation
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition
• Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home

What We're Looking For

We're looking for caregivers who are dependable, compassionate, professional, and committed to providing excellent care.

Requirements

• Previous professional caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle of your own
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
• Availability for day and/or afternoon shifts
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Professional and responsive communication

Experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory care, group homes, PCA services, or other professional caregiving settings is preferred.

Pay & Perks

• $18–$21 per hour
• Bi-weekly pay
