Position: Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant:

• Pay Range: $15–$17 per hour (based on experience) 
• Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time 
• Location: Cincinnati, OH 45224

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility assistance) 
• Meal preparation .
• Light housekeeping 
• Companionship and emotional support 
• Medication reminders 
• Transportation to appointments and errands 
• Documentation in AxisCare

Requirements:

• Pass BCI/FBI background check 
• Valid driver’s license 
• Active car insurance • Reliable transportation 
• Prefer 1 year of personal care experience

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience with dementia or mobility assistance 
• Strong communication skills 
• Calm and compassionate presence
