Automotive Service Advisor

Freedom Ford is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team in Greenville, TX. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring an exceptional service experience while efficiently managing repair orders and service appointments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, establishing a positive rapport and understanding their automotive service needs.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Explain service recommendations and repair options clearly to customers, providing accurate estimates and answering questions.
• Manage repair orders, track vehicle status, and update customers on progress throughout the service process.
• Work closely with parts and service teams to ensure availability of required components and smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided using dealership management software.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role in an automotive service environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with dealership management systems and automotive service software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
