Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction & Service Consultation

    • Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle concerns with professionalism and care
    • Listen actively to customer needs, ask relevant questions, and clearly explain recommended services
    • Provide accurate cost estimates, detailing labor charges, parts, and service options
  • Service Coordination & Workflow Management

    • Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and service needs
    • Ensure smooth scheduling and workflow to maximize efficiency in the service department
    • Monitor repair progress and keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle
  • Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction

    • Review completed repairs with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer any follow-up questions
    • Handle customer complaints or concerns with a solutions-oriented approach
    • Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and fostering trust
  • Administrative & Record Keeping

    • Accurately document customer service requests, repair orders, and service history
    • Ensure all records comply with Toyota dealership policies and industry standards
    • Process payments and warranty claims efficiently
  • Product & Industry Knowledge

    • Stay up to date on Toyota vehicle technology, service procedures, and recall information
    • Educate customers about maintenance schedules and recommend future services based on vehicle condition

Qualifications & Skills:

Toyota Certified Service Advisor credentials
Strong automotive knowledge and excellent communication skills
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Experience with dealership service software preferred
