This is not a remote position, it is an in person position. An internet sales representative primarily focuses on customer outreach and lead generation. Handling inbound and outbound calls. Transferring calls to where they need to be, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential customers to move them through a sales funnel. 

Inbound/outbound calls: handling phone inquiries, responding to online requests, and making outbound calls to qualified leads

Appointment scheduling : scheduling sales appointments for our sales team

Lead qualification : identifying and qualifying potential customers based on their needs and interests

Required skills

Customer communication

Must provide excellent customer service skills and be able to build rapport with customers

Possessing a good understanding of the dealerships' inventory and services (or being able to use a computer)

Following up correctly with customers to ensure they are satisfied and to move them towards a purchase. 

Organizational skills: ability to manage multiple leads and appointments effectively 

Computer skills : proficiency in using CRM software and other dealership tools, or the ability to learn

Sales skills : understanding of sales principles and techniques

Customer service skills : ability to provide a positive and helpful customer experience
