Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers reaching out for sales and service inquiries.
• Manage and respond to inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Schedule service appointments and sales consultations with the appropriate dealership personnel.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and drive business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the dealership’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Promote dealership services, specials, and promotions to customers.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets as set by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are preferred.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in automotive sales, service, or customer service is a plus but will train the right person.
• Reliable transportation to and from the dealership in Statesboro, GA.
