What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and help them find the right vehicle for their needs.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
• Learn about our Ford lineup and confidently present vehicle features and benefits.
• Assist customers throughout the buying process, from the initial visit to vehicle delivery.
• Follow up with customers and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Work with the sales and management teams to create an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet sales goals while maintaining honesty, professionalism, and integrity.
• Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming showroom.

What We're Looking For

• A highly motivated individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Someone who enjoys helping customers and building relationships.
• A self-starter who is eager to learn and motivated to succeed.
• A team player who wants to be part of a family-oriented workplace.
• A valid driver's license.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
