As our HR Specialist, you won’t just manage processes—you’ll help build meaningful connections across the organization. Serving as a trusted liaison to the HR Director, you’ll be at the center of our people operations, ensuring alignment, communication, and consistency across HR initiatives.

 What You’ll Do

• Act as a primary liaison to the HR Director, supporting strategic HR initiatives and daily operations
• Own and manage the full on-boarding life cycle, creating a seamless and welcoming experience for all new hires
• Ensure every employee is set up for success by coordinating:
  • Benefits enrollment and education
  • System access and tools setup
  • Completion and accuracy of all employment documentation
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver a high-touch on-boarding experience
• Maintain and improve on-boarding processes to enhance engagement and efficiency
• Serve as a go-to resource for new employees, helping them feel confident, informed, and supported

 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or People Operations
• Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• A proactive mindset with a passion for improving employee experience
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
