Customer Service Representative

Fort Collins Dodge Chrysler Jeep is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be: positive, enthusiastic, hard working, dynamic, self starting, and work well in a team environment. A flexible schedule, including Saturdays, is also required.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Answering all inbound phone calls
-Setting service appointments
-Outbound sales calls
-Customer follow-up calls
-General customer assistance
-Cashiering service customers
-Inventory management
-Creating and sending letters to customers
-General office support
-Rental agreements
-Rental fleet management

Experience with inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as multi-line phones is required. Candidates must work well in a team environment, and must be willing and able to make adjustments in the best interest of the customer. Professionalism, reliability, a focus on customer service, ability to get along with many types of personalities, and a positive attitude are key parts of this position.
