This role is responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, high-energy dealership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations:

  • Drive profitability by ensuring acceptable levels of gross and net profit from the sales department.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Set realistic and strategic sales quotas based on staff skill levels.
  • Oversee sales, trade-ins, and delivery of all new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Maintain accurate sales and vehicle history records.
  • Utilize the dealership's computer system efficiently for all sales management functions.
  • Ensure proper and timely completion of all related sales paperwork.
  • Uphold a clean, organized, and professional sales environment.

Customer Experience:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service through proactive sales techniques.
  • Greet customers promptly and courteously, in person and over the phone.
  • Promote and facilitate cross-sales of accessories, warranties, insurance, financing, and services.
  • Ensure compliance with test drive, inspection, and delivery procedures.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of Sales Management experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry (Harley-Davidson experience is a strong plus).
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated, team-focused, and results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
