Dishwasher - Ford's Colony Country Club

We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher (Utility Worker) to support our culinary team and help maintain the high standards our members and guests expect.

As a Dishwasher (Utility Worker), you’ll play a vital part in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are properly cleaned and sanitized, maintain a spotless work area, and assist in general kitchen cleanliness and organization. This role is perfect for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and who takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.

What You'll Be Doing: 

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen tools.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently according to procedures.
• Ensure proper levels of cleaning and rinse chemicals are used.
• Inspect dishware and remove damaged or unsafe items from service.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, work surfaces, and kitchen equipment.
• Empty trash bins, break down boxes, and assist with deep cleaning as needed.
• Stock deliveries of food and non-food items.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Support a positive and team-oriented kitchen environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For: 

• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn proper cleaning methods and dishwashing procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
