What You’ll Do

As a Truck Technician, you will diagnose, service, and repair diesel vehicles while providing the quality workmanship our customers expect.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engine, electrical, and mechanical concerns

  • Perform maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer specifications

  • Utilize electronic diagnostic equipment to accurately identify vehicle concerns

  • Complete repairs efficiently and accurately

  • Stay current with new technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer training

  • Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, management, and fellow technicians

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of automotive or truck technician experience preferred

  • Pennsylvania State Safety Inspection License required

  • Pennsylvania Emissions Inspection License is a plus

  • Ford certification preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain Ford certification

  • ASE Certification preferred

  • Strong diagnostic, electrical, engine repair, and troubleshooting skills

  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment

  • Valid driver’s license

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must have your own tools

  • Strong mechanical ability and attention to detail

  • Positive, professional attitude with a willingness to continue learning

  • Dependable team player who works well with others
