We are searching for an experienced and dedicated Human Resources professional to join our Blythe, CA Fondomonte team. 

Under the direction of the Human Resources corporate office, the Human Resources Supervisor  (Bilingual English & Spanish) is responsible for the functional site management of our Blythe Human Resources department.  Providing administrative support and coordinating all local HR Functions, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, employee benefits, payroll, employee relations, and employment law compliance. This position will work closely with all Department Heads, Supervisors, Administration, and HR Staff in the implementation and management of HR programs, policies, and procedures.  

 

Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of labor legislation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Ultimately, you will ensure our HR department operates smoothly and effectively to promote a positive work environment.

 

This is a full-time Monday-Friday in-office position. Schedule  M-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM. 

Essential Job Functions

  • To oversee all local HR daily operations and functions in coordination with Corporate HR.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and that policies and procedures are followed
  • Identify and address employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
  • Organize and conduct orientation and coordinate on-the-job training with Health & Safety for new and transferred employees.
  • Coordinates training, and human resources meetings such as handbook/policies review, open enrollment, mandatory H-2A training, and other pieces of training as requested by HR management.
  • Address employee concerns and grievances
  • Perform various administrative tasks and accurately process paperwork.
  • Assists HR Management with employee relations support for employees and managers. Respond to employee requests and questions.
  • In coordination with the HR Assistant, process bi-weekly payroll by reviewing timecards, reviewing missing punches, reviewing time off requests, etc.
  • Update HRIS database records and process paperwork for new hires, terminations, and other status changes. Keep employee records up to date by processing employee status changes in the HRIS system in a timely fashion.
  • Reconcile/validate data entry to ensure data integrity, and support routine reporting requests. This includes running bi-weekly, monthly reports and other reports as needed.
  • Participate in continuous HR improvement initiatives and metrics.
  • Assists with the preparation of plans, policies, documents, organizational charts, employment agreements, and employee handbooks.
  • Support full-cycle recruitment, including but not limited to finding, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and attending job fairs to satisfy organizational needs.
  • Work with corporate HR on worker’s compensation, sick leave, or other LOA.

Salary

Full time - $68,640-$72,000  annually, depending on qualifications
