Luxury Service Advisor

We're looking for more than someone who can schedule appointments and write repair orders. We want someone who understands that exceptional service is about the entire customer experience — from the first greeting to the final handshake.

Automotive service experience is preferred, but we're also interested in individuals with exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the desire to learn and grow.

What You'll Do

As a Luxury Service Advisor, you'll be the face of our service department and the main point of contact throughout the customer's service experience.

• Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming, professional experience.

• Build strong relationships and earn customer trust.

• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs.

• Work closely with technicians to communicate recommended maintenance and repairs.

• Prepare and clearly explain service estimates and recommendations.

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.

• Coordinate appointments, loaner vehicles, and transportation arrangements when needed.

• Ensure every customer receives a smooth, efficient, and personalized experience.

• Identify service opportunities while maintaining honesty and transparency.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term loyalty.

• Work collaboratively with the service team to achieve department goals.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is strongly preferred, but not required for the right candidate.

• Experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, concierge services, or other premium customer service roles is highly valued.

• Automotive knowledge is a plus.

• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technology.

• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
