The Accounting Team for Five Star Ford Stone Mountain has an immediate opportunity for an Automotive Billing Clerk

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day work will include assisting the accounting team with posting wholesales, dealer trades, and retail deals, journal entries, account reconciliations and month-end close reporting.

• Provide executives with the best information available to make business decisions.

• Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds a plus
• Minimum 2 years Automotive Billing / Accounting Experience preferred 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Positive attitude and eagerness to improve
• Driven personality and able to be successful in an individual and team setting
• Ability to meet deadlines
