First Texas Honda is looking for an addition to our Finance Department. Interested but not sure you have the experience? No need to worry, we offer training! No experience is required other than attention to detail, accuracy, adaptable communication, ease with technology, self-management, etc.
 

Assisting with F&I department needs such preparation and closing of deals. Primary responsibility will be entering data in our DMS system (CDK) after the deal has left the front sales desk. Information will be loaded and properly checked before passing the deal into F&I.

After contracting, responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Breakdown of the deal
  • Commission recap printouts
  • Gathering of information/forms
  • Process warranty cancellations
  • Respond to customer email and phone inquiries 
  • Other duties that will help proficiency in the F&I department

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in operating a PC
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication in both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently if necessary
  • Must be self motivated and present a great attitude with a high-energy personality
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

Compensation:

  • Starting at $22 an hour

Schedule:

  • Monday through Saturday from 9am - 8pm with one weekday off during the week
  • Saturdays are mandatory
  • This is a full-time position
