FirstLight Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable CNAs and experienced caregivers to provide quality one-on-one care to our clients. We are looking for a compassionate and experienced caregiver for an elderly client in Wellesley, MA

Position Details

• Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 10:30am-4:45pm

• Daytime shifts available

• Consistent client assignment

• One-on-one care in private homes

Pay Rates

• $23/hour for shifts 7 hours or less

• $21 for shifts 8 hours or more

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English

• Dementia Experience is a must 

• Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting and be eager to learn new skills

• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodations

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every day

• Compassionate, supportive, and dependable attitude

• At least one year of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care preferred

• Willingness to follow health and safety standards

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant caregiving experience

• Take pride in providing high-quality care
