Job Title: Companion Caregiver (Part-Time, Short Shifts)

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable Companion Caregiver to provide support and companionship for an elderly client. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, values meaningful one-on-one interaction, and is available for short, flexible shifts throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light daily activities (conversation, hobbies, walks, etc.)
• Provide safe and reliable transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings
• Offer reminders for medications and daily routines (non-medical)
• Ensure client comfort, safety, and overall well-being during visits

Schedule:

• Short shifts (typically 2–4 hours)
• Flexible scheduling; weekday and/or weekend availability preferred

Qualifications:

• Prior care giving or companion experience preferred (not required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, dependable, and compassionate demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate 
• Mileage reimbursement for transportation provided for the client
