We are searching for a compassionate experienced caregiver for a lovely senior to join our team that can offer quality companion and skilled personal care services, giving them the peace-of-mind that they'll get the help they need. Flexible Schedule- Long day shift and weekend availability is perferrable

Needham, MA

Valid Drivers License- Caregiver must be comfortable driving client to and from activities in their own personal car

Cooking meals, providing conversation & company, personal care, transfers

Qualifications:
*Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
*Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
*Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day
*Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
*Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year preferred)
*Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
*Supportive and compassionate
*High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver
*Take pride in providing high quality care
