FirstLight Home Care of Napa is seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Care Aides/Caregivers available to work weekends in Napa and Solano County. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing personalized care and support in the comfort of their own homes during weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home care and assistance to clients on weekends
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ well-being
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and the FirstLight team
• Ensure client safety and comfort throughout weekend shifts

Requirements

• Availability to work weekends consistently
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pass background checks and comply with company policies
• Reliable transportation to and within Napa and Solano Counties
