Responsibilities
  • Assure that required office and administrative functions are met on an ongoing basis
  • Plan, organize, and assist the office manager in day to day tasks.
  • Assist and coordinate new hire orientations, obtaining current staff photos, and creating social media content
  • Develop and maintain records and reporting systems which provide for proper service control and measurement of program outcomes
  • Encourage and promote positive and professional communication between staff and agency administration
  • Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities
  • Assistant coordinate agency programs with other community agencies and strategic partnerships
  • Ensure the client complaint process is followed and intervene/escalate where appropriate
  • Assure the availability of Administrative staff at all hours of agency operations
Qualifications
  • 1 year social media experience
  • 1 year of office administrative work
  • 1 year experience working with adults and or seniors
  • Deep understanding of financial management of a healthcare facility
  • Effective leader with good employee relations and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance regulations with eagerness to improve
  • Good interpersonal and analytical skills
