Automotive Collision Manager

Firkins CDJR is seeking an experienced Automotive Collision Manager to join our team in Bradenton, FL. In this role, you will oversee the operations of our collision center, ensuring high-quality repair services, excellent customer satisfaction, and efficient workflow management. You will lead a skilled team of technicians and coordinate with insurance companies and customers to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the collision repair center, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Ensure the highest quality standards in vehicle repairs and customer service are consistently met.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to facilitate estimates, approvals, and claims processing.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Train, mentor, and develop collision center employees to enhance performance and productivity.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies, and liaise with vendors as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, striving for total customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on operational performance, costs, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in collision center management or a similar role within the automotive repair industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of automotive collision repair processes and insurance claim procedures.
• Effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
