Job Title: Service Advisor

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring a seamless service experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them with their service needs in a professional and friendly manner. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests. Provide customers with accurate estimates for service work and explain the recommended services. Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of work. Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles and provide updates on any delays or additional work needed. Upsell additional services or maintenance packages to customers based on manufacturer recommendations. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate to management if necessary. Maintain a clean and organized service advisor desk and work area. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Collaborate with service technicians and parts department to ensure a smooth service process for customers.

 Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in customer service or automotive industry preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
