• Oversee daily operations of the collision repair facility
• Manage production workflow, scheduling, and job assignments
• Ensure quality control on all repairs and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners, vendors, and customers 
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team of technicians, estimators, and support staff
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance, making improvements where needed
• Handle customer issues with professionalism and care

• 3+ years of experience in collision repair management or equivalent
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with estimating software
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
