Customer Service BDC Agent – Full Time

We are looking for a Service BDC Agent to join our team! We will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming service calls
• Schedule service appointments
• Make outbound reminder and followup calls
• Provide excellent customer service
• Update customer information and maintain call logs

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized

• Organized and reliable
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service or call center experience is a plus (not required)
• Will train the right candidate
