Findlay Jeep Dodge Ram is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join the Findlay family.  We have opened our new Jeep Superstore! Candidates with direct experience working as a sales consultant, service writer, finance manager, or BDC manager are encouraged to apply but NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED but experience is preferred. We will train!

Service Advisor responsibilities

  • Greeting customers promptly
  • Obtaining customer and vehicle information
  • Clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • Determining and recommending needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
  • Establish follow up time
  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
  • Verifying that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
  • Explaining all completed work and charges to customers

Job Requirements

  • Self-motivated and able to set achievable goals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Be Coachable and willing to continually develop your customer service skills
  • Be skilled in computers, basic software, and internet and ability to learn database management
  • Have a valid drivers license with safe driving record
