Candidates with direct experience working as a Sales Consultant, Service Writer, Finance Manager or BDC Manager are encourage to apply, BUT NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. We will train.

Responsibilities:
- Self Motivated & able to set achievable goals
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- Be the expert. Know the ins & outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations
- Work all showroom floor and internet leads to ensure maximum performance
- Followup with buyers to ensure referral business
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis
- Complete required training and stay current on new products, accessories, and features
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales is preferred but not required.
- Available to work evenings & weekends
- Drive for financial rewards
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Be Coachable and willing to continually develop your customer service skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Have a valid drivers license with safe driving record
- Pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Skill in computers, basic software, and internet. Ability to learn database management
