Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone
- Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties
- Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
- Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Maintain office supplies for specific location
Job Qualifications
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
- Skills in reading, interpreting documents, writing reports, and effective communication.
- Proficiency in basic math, algebra, and geometry.
- Ability to solve problems involving several variables in standardized situations.
- Background and MVR checks required
