Duties

• Meeting with customers and working on financing contracts in the sale of a vehicle, as well as additional products and services
• Responsibilities will also be to make sure the dealership complies with state and federal regulations
• Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents
• Provide administrative support to ensure effective and efficient office operations
• Other duties as assigned
• Position pays $18.00 per hour, plus 10% commission on what you write.

Requirements

• 3 years of previous experience in a challenging role with a proven track record of success
• Previous customer service or background in customer support is a plus
• Valid Driver’s License
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Numerical ability for the purpose of understanding credit applications and structuring deals
• Above average work ethic and drive with the ability to work independently
• High level of objectivity with openness to feedback and change.
