Responsibilities
- Review repair orders for completeness and warranty eligibility.
- Code warranty claims in accordance with OEM Warranty Policy Manualrequirements.
- Ensure all supporting documentation meets manufacturer warranty standards prior to claim submission.
- Submit warranty claims accurately through the appropriate OEM warranty portal.
- Communicate with service advisors, technicians, warranty administrators, and management to obtain missing or corrected documentation.
- Stay current on OEM warranty policies, procedures, and updates.
- Assist with warranty audits and provide supporting documentation as requested.
- Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while meeting claim submission deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous automotive dealership warranty booking or warranty administration experience preferred.
- Experience with CDK preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret repair orders, technician documentation, and labor operations accurately.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of automotive repair terminology and dealership operations.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the service department.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
