Business Development Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Will manager other business development representatives
• Appointment confirmation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
• Processing payments and invoicing and other miscellaneous office duties
• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries
• Follow up calls to maintain high satisfaction rating with guests
• Review heat cases with management team
• Handle customer challenges/complaints
• Provide administrative support and over see office supplies inventory
• This department will oversee Orlando MINI, Fields BMW Daytona Beach, Winter Park, South, and Lakeland locations

Qualifications

• At least three years’ management experience in a business development call center manager a team of more than 5 people
• Must have automotive dealership and business development center experience
• Leadership qualities to include strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must have strong computer skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite
