Job Summary

Fields BMW is seeking a positive team member to join our dynamic dealership to provide a luxury experience to both our internal and external customers! Our Business Development Coordinator is the link between the buyer and their future vehicle.

You will assist customers with questions about the company, prospective vehicles, and purchasing options. You will learn about the newest vehicles & technologies on the market. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success, offering online and in-store training with our manufacturers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
  • Establish follow-ups with prospective customers that are not ready to make an appointment
  • Provide customers with product information & direct them to appropriate resources
  • Connect new customers with appropriate sales team members
  • Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Proactively build out prospecting network and log activity in CRM
  • Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management
  • Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of one previous role demonstrating strong customer service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - team player attitude
  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM
  • Time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
