If you think you can achieve these outcomes, this just might be the place for you:
- Main information gateway. Flow of information to the executive, such as company news, team development. Industry thought leaders and trends followed. Understanding of the key players and trends developed. Conduit between the executive and their team.
- Calendar owned. Double bookings eliminated, meetings scheduled.Breaks and transitioned looked after. Making sure the people that company owner really wants to meet with are scheduled sooner. Meetings that are less of a priority are canceled or rebooked. Meetings that company owner does not want to have do not get or stay on his calendar.
- Virtual Assistant Managed. An international Virtual Assistant is responsible for things like booking travel and sorting emails and regular calendar scheduling. You must make sure his or her processes are up-to-date and he or she does not exceed budget and is reporting to you the things you need.
- Forms, Audits, Documents stored and executed. Including but not limited to insurance, banking, tax, and government agencies are stored in the correct locations, properly secured and protected, and filed and executed prior to deadlines.
- Access properly distributed to necessary team members, contractors, and clients via LastPass GSuite, and individual accounts
- Rates negotiated and systems automated when dealing with vendors, you are looking for the best deal for the company while treating others with respect and comparing options. You try to automate anything that can be automated to save the company time and money.
What we think we have for you to achieve your outcome(s):
- Access to Fertility Bridge GSuite
- A Last Pass account for company owner and then other user accounts
- User access to company owner’s email account
- User access and visibility to company owner’s calendar
- E-mail sorting procedure in Google doc
- Travel booking procedure in Google doc
- Personal and business credit card and accounts like Amazon in LastPass
- company owner’s cell phone number and ability to book extra meetings with him
- A recurring 30 minute weekly meeting with company owner
- Daily meetings with company owner for your first 2-6 weeks
What we don’t have (YET!) for you to achieve your outcome(s):
- No director of Technology who administers all highest level password access
- No IT support
- No plan or organization chart for future or current tech stack
- No black and white criteria people who I really want to meet with and those I don’t
- Pre-established travel budget by trip category. Budget is as low as possible within guidelines of travel booking process (in Google doc)
- LastPass sucks
- Important, miscellaneous assignments sometimes come with very short notice
- Often don’t have time to further specify outcome, assistant must make judgment call
- International virtual assistant will be starting at same time
- We have many documented processes, but there may not be someone to help you find all of them. You may have to do a lot of searching

- Must Get, Want, and have the Capacity to achieve the outcomes aligned with the role
- Must be a plus or a plus/minus on each of the five core values of Fertility Bridge
- Leader specifies and judges the result of the outcome.
- Must be on brand with Fertility Bridge and Inside Reproductive Health brand guidelines
- Employee or contractor must specify exactly what is required to achieve outcome
- Must be accountable in Asana
- Must create Fertility Bridge assets in Fertility Bridge drives using Fertility Bridge account
