Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and software.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding vehicle issues and repair status.
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies needed for repairs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Certification from a recognized automotive technical program is preferred.
