Responsibilities
- Assist new car sales associate with customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business and customer satisfaction by email and phone.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations. Must have the ability to perform in a fast paced work enviroment.
- Aide the sales associate in finding specific vehicles, responding to customers, and conducting the sales process.
- Help sales person piece together paperwork for the car deal
- Maintain a high level of CSI for the sales person
