Business Development Manager

Sales Territory: Philadelphia and the surrounding area

Position: Full-Time Benefit Eligible

Salary: $80K - $110K Base + Commission 

We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys building partnerships and driving growth. In this role, you’ll develop and manage referral relationships to generate new client referrals and expand Family & Nursing Care’s presence in the market. You’ll actively prospect, secure external meetings, and work toward referral and sales goals while building trusted relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and other healthcare professionals. As an ambassador for our brand, you’ll help position Family & Nursing Care as the preferred home care provider while collaborating closely with the business development team and cross-functional partners to drive results. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years of consultative sales experience in a related industry with a proven track record.
• Ability to prospect for new opportunities and use a consultative sales process to close new business.
