We are seeking a Client Services Manager Associate within the DC Metro area to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, and professionals. The primary responsibility of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships while ensuring the delivery of service exceeds expectations, leading to increased client satisfaction and retention. Timely communication, ability to work in a team setting as well as with autonomy, managing client needs and educating them about our services and community resources are important responsibilities of this position. Your role extends to gathering feedback, collaborating with office staff, having clear and timely documentation, and participating in community events and Company office hours in senior living communities as needed. Flexibility to provide coverage during nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications include:

  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in quality assurance, client retention or customer service management
  • Social Worker, Case Manager or comparable education and experience in geriatrics desired
  • Excellent communication skills – articulate, good listener, professional, empathetic, persuasive
  • Skilled at developing relationships and loyalty quickly through utilizing a modest and client-service oriented approach
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills and well-organized
  • Knowledge of private duty home care industry, home health care, senior housing and resources for seniors is a plus
