RV Builder / Plumber / Electrician

In the Production Lead position, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the production of our company's products by managing inventory and overseeing staff members in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you need to have strong leadership skills, a background in manufacturing, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once. We are looking for a candidate who is engaged, able to communicate well with our clients, and interested in contributing to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with production planning staff to identify potential bottlenecks.
• Work with production staff to solve potential problems.
• Regularly go on the shop floor to observe production and talk to staff.
• Communicate issues, concerns, and opportunities with supervisor.
