Position Overview
The Internet Sales Associate is responsible for managing online sales inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and converting leads into sales. This position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and can maintain professionalism while working in a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Respond to inbound sales inquiries from customers through email, chat, and other digital platforms.
- Sales Conversions: Work to convert online leads into showroom visits and final sales by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Customer Engagement: Establish rapport and build relationships with customers through timely follow-up and personalized communication.
- Online Sales Support: Assist with the creation of online sales listings, manage pricing, promotions, and ensure that all information is up-to-date on the website.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively following up on leads and closing deals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates, managers, and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and to meet company objectives.
- CRM System Management: Accurately enter all customer information and sales activities into the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current on product offerings, pricing, and promotional details to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous sales experience, especially in automotive, RV, or internet sales, preferred.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening, and the ability to establish rapport with customers quickly.
- Technology: Comfortable using CRM software, email, chat systems, and social media platforms.
- Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an ability to resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay organized.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset, willing to work with other departments to achieve company goals.
