Porsche Brooklyn is currently seeking an experienced F&I Manager responsible for assisting customers with securing approvals and completing documentation while maintaining compliance and a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize overall profitability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement a comprehensive menu selling process to maximize the finance department’s overall profitability and product penetration

• Process all paperwork efficiently and completely

• Secure all bank approvals and funding

• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines

• Demonstrate commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals

• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service

• Work closely with sales team regarding proper and successful selling methods

Qualifications

• Prior luxury automotive F&I experience required

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Detail oriented and compliance focused

• Team player with accountability

• Effective menu-selling skills
