What You’ll Do

• Deliver advanced ADL support (bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting) with dignity and respect
• Provide specialized memory care, including redirection, routine support, and safety monitoring
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention using proper techniques
• Offer meaningful companionship and cognitive engagement
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment
• Coordinate and complete errands and transportation as needed
• Observe and report changes in condition with professionalism and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of professional caregiving experience
• Experience with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, ALS, or Parkinson’s clients
• Strong understanding of client safety, behavior management, and disease progression
• Professional, reliable, and emotionally intelligent
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while following a care plan
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
