Provide and maintain an exceptional customer service experience, sales, and quality of service.
Meet sales goals individually and on a team level.
Identify guests needs and recommend skincare and packages based on those needs.
Develop and foster an inspiring culture where customers love coming to get waxed.
Build a rapport with our guests to exceed their expectations.
Be able to proactively de-escalate any unsatisfied issues should any arise.
Maintain outstanding cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Additional center duties as needed.
Sales experience preferred in a commission-based setting.
Membership based sales experience preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with POS.
