Description of the role

Envision Honda of Milpitas is looking for a Service Porter / Greeter to join our team. As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by assisting technicians and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians and service advisors by moving vehicles in and out of the service bays
• Keep the service department clean and organized
• Greet customers and direct them to the service advisors
• Perform other tasks as needed to support the service department

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
